How do I upgrade or downgrade my web hosting / reseller package?

When you are logged into the billing system, click the "Services" option at the top to see your products - On the product you wish to upgrade, click "View Details".




Along the top you will be given five options, by clicking Management Actions > Upgrade/Downgrade, you will then be able to amend your package dependent on your current invoice status.
