I cannot see my website?

The most diverse question asked by our customers, and there are many justifications why so, listed below are some of the reasons;

• DNS Resolving - Depending on your registrator, and your Internet Service Provider can depend on how quickly domains resolve. Domains purchased via 5wire can take 1 - 6 hours on average to resolve, with other providers it can take up to 36 hours in worst circumstances.
• Incorrect setup - Our automated systems have not failed us yet, but we do anticipate that it could happen so the issue could possibly lie with ourselves.
• Web Server Updates/Maintenance/Downtime - We often carry work out during the night, so therefore downtime can sometimes occur briefly for our HTTP services whilst we restart Apache which takes no longer than 30 seconds.
• ISP Network Failure - Your Internet Service Provider could have a local issue with an exchange to our data centre, a very rare occurrance but an issue which could arise.
